MotionPath grants you a revocable, non-exclusive license to interface with our gaming applications and digital assets. This access is contingent upon maintaining a high-integrity connection and adhering to our anti-latency manipulation policies. We do not tolerate "spoofing" or any attempts to bypass the security sandbox designed by our Unreal Engine developers.
Accessing our services requires hardware that meets our minimum 60fps baseline. Use of the service on throttled or non-compliant mobile GPU architectures may lead to session termination to protect the synchronized integrity of our global server cluster in Rome and Milan.
Prohibited Conduct
- ● Reverse engineering binary APK/IPA packages.
- ● Exploiting input-lag reduction methods for competitive gain.
- ● Automated API harvesting from our showcase gallery.
- ● Redistribution of proprietary physics calculation logs.
Intellectual Integrity & Assets
All visual identifiers, codebase fragments, haptic feedback profiles, and custom-tuned UI micro-badges are the sole property of MotionPath. We consider our "Motion Engine" technology a corporate trade secret. Unauthorized reproduction of our aesthetic "Obsidian Forest" design system or the specific pulse-timing of our Indigo/Pink pulses is strictly prohibited under EU Intellectual Property law.
MotionPath welcomes community feedback; however, any technical logic or creative improvements suggested via our Contact Channel automatically becomes our property without compensation. This ensures we can iterate on frame-rate stability benchmarks without complex royalty chains.
